PayPal Money Glitch

PayPal has a money duplication exploit that has been going on for quite some time and has been passed around on hidden forums for people to use. They haven't done anything about it and we think that it's time for PayPal to sort it out.

How:

For this exploit to work an attacker must have three PayPal accounts which will allow them to duplicate small amounts of cash by a clever use of the chargeback functionality of PayPal's "Send Money" system. We will not be outlining the full method here for legal and ethical reasons and we encourage you to help us with reporting the problem to PayPal by telling them to look into their chargeback system for an exploit hiding in plain sight. We have contacted PayPal but are yet to receive a confirmation of resolution.
